As ECD on Pantene for 15 years, my Grey team and I helped build the brand into what is now a 3 Billion global #1 category leader. Along the way, I learned to build up my own leadership, business acumen, vision and tenacity. All of which played a major role in the unprecedented success for client and agency. Role: AD/ECD





Disney partnership Rapunzel
When Disney was developing first ever proprietary software for hair animation,
I was directly consulted as the “hair movement” expert. I assembled my best of hair “tricks” reel for them. Rapunzel, as the first animated woman empowered by her hair, became an unexpected spokeswoman for Pantene.

Oscars social takeover
The Oscars are often called the “Superbowl of beauty”.
In 2013 my Pantene team and I were among the first to tap into social influencers with an “industry-first” live stream takeover of Twitter and Facebook, turning the conversation from fashion to hair with the call to action hashtag “Want that Hair”. Watch the case study and accompanying spot below.
Pandora Jewelry
Pandora wanted to be known for more than just charm bracelets and passive pastels. I led a pitch, winning the business with a refreshed bold look used in every consumer touchpoint including all the Pandora stores and materials, that lets you tell your story in a new way. The Art of You.

Beauty Archive
I began my career working at McCann-Erickson on L’Oreal and directly with Irving Penn as our photographer. It was 7 years of unbridled creativity and growth. The lipstick smear photo was part of Penn’s lifework retrospective at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. Later, I worked on CoverGirl, as part of a small team of creatives to launch and define the “EASY BREEZY BEAUTIFUL COVERGIRL” campaign. We redefined preconceived expectations of beauty and led a cultural movement with our inclusive casting of different races, ethnicities, body sizes and sexual orientations.
